Using Scenario-Based Learning

This scenario follows a fictional process as a claims adjuster reviews medical records. To create the clip, I obtained vector graphics from and edited them using Adobe Illustrator. Camtasia’s interaction tools allowed me to create a simple branching scenario using buttons and markers on the timeline.

The lesson presents a task and provides alternate paths. Learner interaction is required to advance through each part of the lesson.
